Osmo Polyx Hardwax Oil - Matt - (2.5 Litre) is for interior use on wooden flooring, solid or plank wood, strip parquet, OSB or cork, wooden furniture and joinery - plus also slate and screed as well as terracotta and other natural (non-glazed) ceramic tiles.
Polyx® Oil Original retains the natural character of the wood whilst increasing the durability. It makes wood more hardwearing plus water and dirt repellent.
Osmo Polyx Hardwax Oil combines all the advantages of oils and waxes in one unique product. Osmo Polyx®-Oil is resistant to water and dirt, is very durable and smoothens wood surfaces. In comparison to conventional finishes, the natural vegetable oils and waxes allow for an even colouring.
- Easy application – no need for a primer or sanding between coats
- It is microporous and does not crack, flake, peel or blister
- Resistant against wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, fruit juice, milk and water
- Suitable for children's toys as per EN 71.3
- Number of coats: maximum 2 coats on raw wood, 1 coat for renovation applied to a clean and dry surface - no sanding necessary!
- Coverage: 1L covers approx 24 m² per coat - 2 coats recommended

Not to be used on exotic wood species such as Merbau, Wenge, Jatoba etc.
